Lawyer 2B was holding another careers event for promising A-Level students attending state sixth-form colleges who are interested in training as solicitors and barristers. The youngsters who attended the event are part of the Government’s ‘Gifted & Talented’ and ‘Aim Higher’ programmes, which encourage bright students to apply for university through workshops and mentoring schemes. Law firms participating in this year’s event include Baker & McKenzie, Bircham Dyson Bell, Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith, Linklaters, Slaughter and May and SNR Denton. This was a simple corporate photography comission combining a series of reportage style, natural images of 18 consultants for a series of forthcoming B2B advertising campaigns. These types of jobs are not technically demanding but they do require a great deal of planning and the ability to be personable and put your subjects at ease is a must.
